Privacy Policy

• Account information — your email address, display name, optional profile image, and the workspace you create or join. Your password is handled by our authentication provider and stored only in hashed form; we never see or store it in plain text.
• Activity you log — the activity counts, leads and companies, meetings, follow-ups, notes, and custom fields you record in Dockovo, which power your stats and leaderboard scores.
• Payment information — if you subscribe to Pro, billing is handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, but we never see or store your card number.
• Usage analytics— privacy-first, cookieless product analytics (PostHog) such as pages viewed, features used, and general device/browser type. It's on by default to help us improve, and you can opt out anytime (see below).

• Authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• Operate the product — record your activity, compute your stats, and display the leaderboards you join.
• Process subscriptions and manage your plan.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
• Improve the product, using analytics only where you haven't opted out.

We do not sell your personal information.

Leaderboards are the heart of Dockovo, so some information is shared by design. When you join a leaderboard, your display name, profile image, and score are visible to the other members of that board. If a board owner makes a board public, that information is visible to anyone with the link. Your underlying records — leads, meetings, notes, and custom fields — are never shown to other members; only the resulting score is. You can leave a board at any time to stop sharing.

• Essential— we use browser storage to keep you signed in. The product can't function without it.
• Analytics — we run privacy-first, cookieless product analytics (PostHog) by default to understand usage and improve Dockovo.
• We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't sell your data.

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run Dockovo: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and PostHog (cookieless product analytics, with an opt-out). Each processes data only to provide their service to us and maintains its own privacy policy.

Your account and activity data are stored in our database (Supabase, PostgreSQL), and the application is hosted on Vercel. All data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and passwords are hashed by our authentication provider. We limit access to your data to what is needed to operate the service, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your information from within the app, or by contacting us via [email protected]. We'll process verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where we're required to retain certain records by law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

We keep your account and activity data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove the associated personal data within 30 days.

We process data in the United States. By using the service, you consent to your information being processed there.

Dockovo isn't intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes, we'll notify registered users by email and update the date above.
