Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Dockovo (the “Service”), provided by Raft Systems. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the change.

Dockovo is an activity tracker with live leaderboards for entrepreneurs. Activity tracking and competing on leaderboards are free; the Pro plan unlocks additional features such as lead records, meetings, follow-ups, custom fields, funnel analytics, and creating your own leaderboards.

You need an account, created with an email and password, to use the Service. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and know that you're responsible for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass other users on shared leaderboards.
• Log false or fabricated activity, or otherwise manipulate leaderboard standings.
• Upload harmful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Circumvent rate limits, quotas, plan restrictions, or other technical controls.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.

You retain ownership of the data you put into Dockovo — your activity, leads, meetings, notes, and custom fields. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display it in order to provide the Service, including showing your display name, profile image, and score on a leaderboard you join. We don't sell your content or use it for advertising.

Some features require the Pro plan, billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial; unless you cancel before it ends, the plan renews automatically at the then-current price. You can cancel anytime from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable for partial periods.

The Service — including its software, design, and the Dockovo name and logo — belongs to Raft Systems. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our brand or software beyond using the Service as intended.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that leaderboards, stats, or any feature will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raft Systemsisn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

You may stop using Dockovo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. On termination, we delete the associated personal data within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
